Farzad H. Eskafi
With a background as a tech entrepreneur, he has successfully exited two ventures, one acquired by KKR and the other by LinkedIn. Farzad has held pivotal Product and Ops leadership roles at various sectors such as logistics, human capital management, cybersecurity, fintech within industry giants like LinkedIn and Stripe, as well as startups like Bugcrowd. He has a bachelor of sciences degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences from University of California at Berkeley.
Yan Xiao
An experienced M&A lawyer, Yan has a wealth of expertise in financial services, e-commerce, cross-border investments, and capital markets. She has served as the head of legal for Alipay Americas and as senior counsel at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Additionally, Yan has held a leadership role in the World Economic Forum's Digital Payment and Technology initiative. She holds a BA in Economics & Political Science from New York University and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
